As this is my first HD, and I am so in love with my ultra limited :) and as most of the other HD riders, I will eventually do an upgrade, and buy a new part/gadget for my bike.
I have changed all the stock bulbs (not headlight) to LED, then as a rider floorboard extension, FuelMoto power pack is on the way. :)

What have you done first to your bike?

The first upgrade to my bike is the Fuelmoto Power package, and I am very happy with it.

The first thing that I bought for my bike was the engine guard.

The next thing I'm going to do is have the seat re-upolstered with memory foam.

After that, I think I'll be getting the freight train headlight assembly.

Only a little bit left to do after that.

What is a freight train headlight assembly..the two light lights on either side of the headlight?

It's the one that's on the Road King - the bigger headlamp.  It looks great on a Heritage, but costs over $200.

Seems like the first thing I always get/do is replace the pipes with something a little louder (Not super loud).  I like the Python IIIs make by V & H.

My first upgrade was a bunch of stuff ie stage 1 upgrade, detachable saddlebags. I went overboard on the second trip to the dealer.
