How to Apply Dielectric Greese?
« on: May 15, 2011, 10:30:37 PM »
I know that applying the greese on the connector will prevent all the pins from corrosion, but I have never used it, and I am new, so I have to ask.

How do you appy the  greese?

Plug both connector's ends together, then appy the greese, or apply the greese on the pins first then plug both ends together.
Thanks in advanced

apply to the pins first, the idea is to keep oxygen from getting to the pins which cause corroson.

Thanks for the tip.
I will try to apply the greese to all the connectors as soon as I can. :)
