HAM Radio on your bike!
« on: June 15, 2011, 02:43:43 AM »
I am thinking about installing a dual band HAM radio on my bike, and I am wondering whether any one has installed an amateur radio on your bike.
I aleady have a CB on mine, but I rather use my Kenwood dual band mobile radios, if I can.
Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks Bill,
It is very much different between the two bikes, in terms of the design, and I really don't want to spare any space in any luggage bags. :)
There only place that I can think of is the location above the radio/cd player of the HD touring.
One more thing that my radio is not waterproof, and that may be the biggest hurddle. :(
