MICHELIN COMMANDER II REAR TIRE

I've just paid $166.88 for a MICHELIN COMMANDER II REAR TIRE (180/65-16) for my 2010 Ultra Limited, and I think the price is very good.
So I just want to pass along a good deal, assume this new tire will last as they advertise. :)

HD has started putting Michelin tires on their new bikes now. I got an 11 v-rod and I have 10k on them. I need to replace the rear but it would have lasted longer but I have a heavy right wrist. The front is like new still.

I wish I can go with 2 rears for 1 front tire, then I will be happy.
It seems like the original front Dunlop tire on my bike does not last that long.

I think you are one of the many that just doesn't like the dunlop tires that came on alot of Harley. I really like the wet or dry grip of the michelins. I even used them for drag racing and didn't have to do the burnouts because they grip so good.

As this kind of economy, I go with the one that has the lowest price! :)

I agree the michelins are a bit pricey but if you don't abuse them. I believe that the cost is offset by getting more mileage for the money.

Will be interested to see how many miles ya get out of them. Right now I have Elite 3 on front and back and like them, 9K on rear and still have 80% tread.
